Here's how to "clean" lungs for three days



Many people live their lives with healthy lungs , but then they " stumble " breathing problems .
While there are other smokers over 45 years and have no concern . There is no mystery how a diet of three days , which can cleanse your lungs when they need .

Here are some steps to follow : First of all avoid any kind of food of animal origin before you start cleaning for at least two days . Products of animal origin may interfere with the detoxification process , as they assimilated by the body very slowly . 3 ) Drink 300 ml afternoon . If you do not like the smell of the liquid , can emaciate it in a water bottle or replace with pineapple juice . These juices contain natural antioxidants that can help you to a healthy respiratory system .
4 ) Drink 300 ml of pure carrot juice between breakfast and lunch .
5 ) You should drink 400 ml of fruit juice rich in potassium when you dine . Potassium is a powerful substance that acts as a tonic in cleaning , but if taken in liquid form . You can squeeze carrots , celery , spinach and parsley . This juice is not only good , but it will change your life .
6 ) Drink 400 ml of blueberry juice before you go to sleep . This helps to fight bacteria , which are found in the lungs and can cause infections . Blueberries is a potent antioxidant .
7 ) Cure your body and exercising. Make a hot bath for 20 minutes every day . It is important because it allows the body to release toxins through the skin and perspiration.
