10 tips to lose weight:

1-jog, or rope jumps in gymnastics every day (15 to 30 minutes) 
2-Consume less food than usual, avoid fast food sites and use foods that can make them at home (different dishes) 
3-Avoid fried like eggs, potatoes can drink once a week or in two weeks 
4-Eat more boiled potatoes, broccoli, cabbage etc.. So not to share boiled vegetables! 
5-How many more fruits and fruit juices 
6-Do not eat a lot of sweets
7-pijeni tea or coffee without sugar more 
8-Do not consume more bread during meals 
9-Drink water with lemon in the morning or just water. At least 8 glasses per day 
10-Keep stress under control and laugh as much (laughter consumes more calories)
