Stomach cancer Some advice as to avoid stomach cancer


1 - Use as many fruits and vegetables
2 -Avoid nitrate and potassium. These nitrogen compounds are known to be very harmful and give more opportunities to the development of gastric cancer. Found mostly in meat, sausage, sausage.
3 - Limit tobacco, foods that contain chili and are very salt.
4-In many countries who smoked and who prefer more salt foods has been proven to have a higher level of those affected by this disease.
5 - Limit consumption of alcohol. Alcohol can cause changes in cells and can lead to cancer.
6 - Limit red meat. Consuming large amounts of red meat, especially if it is fried, increases the chance of developing cancer of the stomach.
7 - Make a visit to your doctor if you have symptoms of ulcer, as stomach pain, burning or vomit.
